Nurses and CNAs work with your medical team to implement your comprehensive, personalized care plan including administering medications, assisting with activities of daily living, and providing physical and occupational therapy recommended by your physician.
They update those plans quarterly or more frequently when needed. They also schedule quarterly meetings with a resident’s designated family member or power of attorney to discuss improvements and to suggest changes in care. Â
You will stay in a comfortable Mercy Circle suite with a fully-equipped, private bathroom. Your daily fee includes activities and meals served in the dining room.
