Join a Winning Team

Explore how you can become part of our welcoming, inclusive team of caring professionals. At Mercy Circle, we work side-by-side to offer a vibrant community for senior residents and to provide a range of services for a continuum of lifestyle settings and healthcare needs.

You will be part of a winning team. Since 2020, the Chicago Tribune has named Mercy Circle one of our city’s Top Workplaces. Our employees earned this award. You can count on professionals who share your values.

By design, Mercy Circle is home to only 110 residences for adults 62 and older. Our small size allows you to get to know the residents and really make a difference in their lives.

Our benefits include healthcare coverage, paid vacation, sick days and PRN opportunities. Your 16-hour orientation is paid time. Minimum pay starts at $16.00 per hour.

Learn if Mercy Circle is for You

Our residents depend on our staff for their care and well-being. Fulfilling that commitment starts not only with each employee’s sense of individual responsibility, but also with the ability to work as a team to achieve a greater goal.

We’ve designed a three-step process for you to consider as you take the next steps to decide to join us in fulfilling Mercy Circle’s mission.

The first step? Decide what areas of employment best suit your abilities and interests.
